Every member of this forum has their own personal view of each topic and subject and posts their views to take part in the everyday life of the forum.
However with the Admins and Moderators it is sometimes hard to know whether they are posting their opinion or speaking in their capacity as forum staff.
We have decided to tackle this problem by using the black font colour whenever we are posting official forum 'stuff'.
So if you read a post in the white font colour this is us posting our personal opinions, and discussion and difference of opinion is not only allowed but encouraged.
If you read a post in the black font colour we are talking as a staff member and our word is final. It will do you no good to argue with these posts in fact if you do your post will be removed and you will recieve an official warning. If you wish to take this matter further do so with the staff member in a PM or raise the subject with the Admins in a PM not on the open forum.

Obviously if the black font colour is being used as the colour for official posts that means people who are not members of staff can no longer use the black font for entire posts or for large sections of their posts, (one or two words is alright but no more than that), but there are many other colours for you to choose from.
I hope this will make things easier for everyone.

Thanks to Kahoku from The Otherkin Phenomena for giving me permission to use this very good idea. :)
