OK so some people think that just because I wear long black skirts and docs, dark eye make-up and love anything with skulls on that I'm a Goth.
But I'm not, at least I don't think I am.
So i wondered what you all think a Goth is, and do you think you are one?
Or does anyone else think you are one?
I don't know really.
Do you like grave yards and stone arches, stripey socks and corsets...I think those are considered quite goth too.

The main thing about Goth is that there are so many sub-genre's of it, it's quite hard to tell if one is or isn't goth. I personally consider myself to be Goth, and a little Emo as well. I wear all black (very few of my clothing is of another color), or other dark colors that are crimson, dark red, maroon, dark grey/silver, and other such colors. But I don't judge myself to be goth just by my clothing, I consider myself goth because of the literature I enjoy, that being of a darker nature, such as Poe and other dark writings, The dark poetry I write, the liking of graveyards, the night, dark places. And there's so much more to it as well. I don't see it as a fad, I see it as a lifestyle, as my lifestyle, as my choice in life to live this way.
