I have always thought Dragons were real, but I don't think they are 'real' right now.
I am not expecting to go out for a walk on the moors or in the woods some day and bump into one, and for that I'm quite grateful.
In their solid forms they are quite dangerous to be around as their intellect is not always in complete control of their actions and I imagine I would be slightly less than two bites big for most of them, and I am not at all certain that they would look past the human body to see the kin within before they disposed of me.

But I do love smilies anyway, so I am bound to come down in favour of new ones.
Eventually I'm sure we'll have more than enough Dragons here for that. There will be so many they'll be fighting over them.

I believe Dragons are real somewhere, but not in solid form here. At least not any more.
I do think they used to be, but technological advances and the massive encroachment of humanity on all the wild places would have pushed them out.
People need places to live, wild spaces make great places to build new houses. More people mean more new houses mean less wild spaces. It is simple basic mathematics unfortunately.

It is sad that I can't find anything wrong with your maths Solitary Moonlight. I'm not sure that's the only reason that they went underground, but I'm sure it is a huge part of it.
I know I wouldn't fancy being here in my Dragon form. It always feels a bit cramped in the world to me these days.

i say dragons r real... ive seen a few but it was only out of the corner of my eye but wit me i have " abilities" where i can see spirits and *Bunnies* so yea idk.
