I seem to be on a rather dangerously free thinking spree here lately. Writing poetry, throwing random thoughts around to get new perspectives.
I'm in an interesting state of mind at the time of writing this. I'm so tired for some reason that I should have went to bed hours ago. However, I have not yawned at all which is un-usual for me. Now then, on to the topic.
Has anyone ever heard of people projecting energy and it becoming visible to the average, normal, physical eye?
In my opinion, I think it has something to do with energy becoming matter(Yes, I'm delving into science/metaphysics here.)
(I know the custom would be to post a link, but I shall quote and post a link at the same time because I don't like having to make people open new pages if they don't want to.) On Yahoo! Answers. The following was posted.

This is it, the BIG question, prompted thanks to the little 'Band of Brothers' that has coalesced here on Y!A., and it is thanks to them that I am brought to ask it.
We all know, thanks to Albert, that energy is matter, and vice versa. It is just different manifestations of the same 'stuff', thanks to the elusive Higgs-Boson 'particle', which is still theoretical, although CERN and Wisconsin are working on super-accelerators to try to refine our understanding of this, and other, major issues of particulate physics.
Now, we know pretty much, albeit very crudely what happens, and even one version of how, matter returns to the energetic state. The nuclear reactions, both fission and fusion are fairly well understood now.
The BIG mystery, about which we apparently have no clue, is the opposite, how does energy become matter ?
Please feel free to let your mind go free in answering this question, the answer is staring us, quite literally, right in the face.

The best answer for this question, was this.
| QUOTE (best answer) |
Intent.
I know we use it as humans, but when I wrap myself around what could possibly make matter exist, it would feel like intent. vibration, accumulation, friction. Earth is very special in her way. In that form is created at all. We reflect her. Energy, to matter.
We can't really disregard that we're in conditions ripe to do it in.
Edit: (while riding my bike) GRAVITY...sure why not, stands to reason that it holds all the other components of vibrational energy in place long enough to make it solid. Like watching cotton candy on a turnstile come together in an icky mess.
Yes, this is a guess; but I like to ponder the wonders outside of my experience. If I'm even in the ballpark, I've just defied reason.
Edit: what also defies reason is that so many cannot even sense the spiritual connotations of this question. Just know that people perceive it differently. Science isn't owned by science. It's actually moved into metaphysics with amazing impact. Meaning, if in my spiritual state of curiosity, science validates my supposings. I'm a happy person.
Knew what you meant by brotherhood, I'm honored to be counted as one of the boys. Love it, actually. Just means, I'm calling you all my sisters. lol! |
(This is the link for that:

So, what do you think?

the short answer to that is it doesn't..... matter and energy are seperate things yet entwined in balance.
You can destroy the physical object but it's energy changes and moves onto be something else.
You cannot destroy energy.
That is a physics fact.
You can see energy because your perception is working on the right level to see the energy balls.
If it wasn't you couldn't .
Zygo
But energy can become matter. I said nothing about destroying matter or energy.
I was simply talking about changing energy into matter. Which is possible.(If you believe the big bang theory{Which I do})

Matter by definition is solid. It is the substance of which all things are made.
Energy is not solid. Being ethereal and non- formed.
So whilst some matter may become energy. If you burn matter some becomes energy in the act of burning and some remains matter being left behind as ash.
Energy cannot become matter. It's very make up defies this as a possibility.
It can be contained within matter but these two things are not the same.
it takes energy to make matter, but energy doesnt become matter, but they're so intertwined it looks as if energy became matter.
but if a = b. Shouldn't B also = A?
I take it you don't believe in anti-matter then?

a square is a rectangle but a rectangle isn't a square, so if a=b b doesnt have to = a. and yep i believe in them as far as i can. I don't quite know much about antimatter or any of the anti in science speak, but everything has it's opposite. Antimatter would simply be created with the assistance of antienergy (antiprotons, anti electrons whatever) as matter would be created with the assistance of energy.
