Storm Constantine is absolutely the best authoress I have ever read.

I partiularly like her take on vampyres and the fallen which you can find in her book
'Burying the Shadow'

The Grigori trilody is also about the fallen and is superb

And the Wreththu Trilogy(although there are now 6 books in the trilogy) is amazing, it is what kin could become and more

I have to say, though that they are very 'adult' books. There is a lot of very wierd sex, twisted magic and psychology. Do not read them if you have a weak constitution or are shocked easily.
