There are so many things about feeding that you need to be aware of in order to make it as safe for you as it can possibly be. Feeding on instinct is usually fairly reliable, but is not efficient. It can even sometimes cost you more energy than it provides. And then of course has the exact opposite effect to the one you desire.

Please be careful as you practice any and all feeding techniques. Until you are adept they can be very time consuming and exhausting, both mentally, physically and emotionally.

I will be as quick as I can with my search and hope fully someone else will post a method up for you to try aswell.
The more methods you have the greater your choices and the better your chances of finding one that really suits you and your circumstances.
