Shadowed Belief- 12-10-2007
Here's one i like alot that i found in a book called " THE VISITOR"

Prayer of a false god

All are doomed to burn
Love feeds the flames
Days of endless pains
And the smoke takes each in turn

All are doomed to rust
Time destroys our lives
Nights cut like knives
And the wind carries away the dust

All are doomed to love
All are doomed to die
Tonight bring the black tomb
For even the most high
Even those in these in this room
Cannot pretend to fly
And i know
Even you
Even I
Must die

It makes more sense if you read the book but its still a good poem.

That is a very strong poem, you seem to like those best of all from what I've seen. Both the ones you have reprinted and the one you wrote yourself speak strongly of turmoil, confusion and a deep sadness for the fate you see, perhaps for yourself?

Rainbows are harder to see if you spend all your time with your head bowed sweetheart. Try to look up from time to time, you might even find the sun is shining.

Love to you little one.

Moon.
