I choose blood.

In this respect friends who become close can become blood.

Box. If it's plastic it's re-usable, if it's cardboard it's burnable. Either way no land fill.

Recycle or drown the planet in litter/rubbish/garbage?

recycle of course! you know what's weird? the state i live in barely recycles. They do cans and paper and plastic (barely) but they don't do any glass and there isn't a very easy way to do it either. At my old house they had crews come and get it while here you have to drive about an hour. it sucks.

I love quartz crystal, so beautiful.

And that is very strange how different areas tackle the challenge of recycling in vastly different ways.
Here in the UK they do much the same thing, one region will be very keen to recycle, even providing seperate bins for you and collecting it all on different days to take to the recycling places for you and other regions having a much more "If you want to recycle, YOU do the hard work" kind of attitude.
At the moment where we live we are waiting for our seperate bins, they are due sometime in the next 6 months. Until then most car parks and supermarkets have 2 bins for glass (1 for clear, 1 for coloured) and 1 bin for tins/cans, and 1 bin for paper/cardboard, and a clothing bin too usually, so I use those. Bit of a bind but worth it. Plastic recycling is quite a new thing for us, so plastic bins are quite rare, but we'll get there. I hope it's soon.
