Are they meditation exercises of some kind?
Did you have to imagine physical closeness or bring the two minds/essences together or does it work completely differently to that?
How many times did you have to do these exercises before you felt a positive change?
Has it helped you control the Panther feelings/emotions or have you always had a good idea of how to do that?
