There has been a forum vote called for by Solitary Moonlight, which was seconded by Farshief.
She and some of the other members would like a new forum section creating for Coven's and Clans.
I have agreed to contact all of you to ask for your vote on this matter.
Also Wolf2131 has suggested that it might be better to move the Hail and Farewell section to the top of the forum to make it more obvious to new members. It's too easily overlooked at the bottom where it is now.
These are easy matters to take care of, but as you know nothing happens here without the agreement of all the members who can be bothered to vote.
So the question now is:
Do you vote for the new Covens and Clans section? YAY
Or do you vote against it? NAY

And do you agree with Wolf2131 when he says it would be easier for people to find the Hail and Farewell section if it was at the top of the Castle. Up in the Turrets and Ramparts where new members can shout their 'Hello' to all of us, and not be missed?

Please tell us what you think about the new forum and the moving of Hail and Farewell.

Of course as I was the one to second the new section. I vote YAY for that.

I also agree with Wolf2131 about moving the Hail and Farewell section. It would be much more noticeable to new members looking to post hellos, and much easier to reply to. So I vote YAY for that as well.

I am thinking.
I vote Yay for the Covens and Clans, but where would you put the new Hail and farewell bit if you moved it?
I kind of like the idea of the Castle grounds, and then the courtyard where everyone posts to say they've arrived and then everything else moves neatly through the different floor levels to the top floors, like a real Castle.
Where would it go if you moved it?
I don't want to vote either way until I know where you'll move it to. I hope that's OK?

The covens section could be very interesting and benefical. Plus the site might attract a few more members and covens can also grow and swap ideas if they wish. Win-Win.

I also like Wolf's idea of moving that section as it can't be missed there.

I Vote Yay for the section, that is a great idea. Moving things is more difficult to vote Yay on as people are used to the way things are.
I will talk to Lady C as I said and then see what I think when it's been explained to me.

Velvet you definitely get a vote, as do all the people who happily give their time and energy to help Lady C and Zygo run his place efficiently. I'm certain Wolfbrother meant to say it that way, I guess his fingers must have slipped on the keys some.
