I don't know if I am Spider kin or not Dragonslorefury. I love them, and I am fascinated by them, and they certainly seem to love me.
But that may just be a coincidence. I don't know.

Lady C has said I should try to meditate on my connection to Spiders and see if I can find any answers that way, and I've been looking into Astral travel to try and connect with my kin that way. But I'm not good enough at it yet to try it. So for now I can't say what I am. But I'm not rushing to find out. I do want to know, but I don't want to guess, I want to know.
So I'll keep looking and I'll let you know when I do.

There are people who would call us all wannabe's just for even thinking we are Otherkin in a way that does not agree with them Kiari. I wouldn't worry too much about him and his opinion of you.
Some people think they have the right to judge others and their beliefs, if I were you I would do my best to ignore him.
He will miss out on many things in this lifetime with an attitude like that.

As for calling you a wannabe, just consider what he said to you little kitty.
He said that if he met you he would eat you! There are two names to call this threat.
Since he does not believe you are truly kin, either he as a human is threatening to eat you as another human and if that is the case it is cannibalism which is against the law.
Or he believes he is actually a Dragon who would eat you as a human, which is called insanity. Since we all know that whatever he claims to be inside he could not possibly be a Dragon actually on the outside.
He sounds to me like an RPG'er of the lowest type, trying to justify his ideas and his own insecurities by frightening others.
Either way he just showed himself up to be dumb.
If you can just forget about him.

I am sorry to say cobweb that I am actualy archnophobic so my fondness for spiders is not as strong as yours but still good luck with your soul searching.

Kiari, I think Shade is right, he sounds like the suspect one here.
Dumb is a really good word for anyone who would pull you up for what you say and then proceed to threaten to 'eat you' if you don't stop it. I would have loved to have seen his face if he'd had to defend that threat.

It's always good to have taht sort of attitude- it never helps to be cautious. If I hadn't delved further into myself i'd probsbly be falsely claiming myself to be a snow leopard therian right now.

It would have been interesting if you had asked him to back up his threat. XP

I understand the idea of inner searching, but how does anyone get from a Snow Leopard to a Dragon??
It seems like such an enormous gap between the two.
I know this isn't the place to discuss it, but I would be really interested to hear about your journey of discovery if you ever felt like sharing.
