This I promise is the last unilateral decision I will make for the forseeable future.

I have been having some family stuff happening just lately which has taken me away from the Castle both digitally, physically and mentally an awful lot more than I would like. It leaves the forum without anyone who can access the necessary Admin controls to deal with anything that might need an Admin's touch.
Zygo has been unable to get in touch with me twice over the past week or so and so things have had to be put on hold when really it would have been better if they had been dealt with straight away.
And so I have given Zygo Co-Admin status, so that when I am unavailable he will be able to deal with any emergencies that arise.

It really was long over due, because of all the time and work he has put into this forum over the past year he definitely deserves it, and I am sure you will all agree with that.
I am sorry not to have put this to the normal member vote, but I really did not have the time to spare.

I hope you will understand that this was the right thing to do.
And welcome Zygo to his new position as

OK well I shall go and see if I can find your complaint and deal with you, er I mean it, ASAP.

As for the Head Moderators position usually a Head Moderator is promoted from within the ranks of those already holding the position of Moderator. But that discussion hasn't even been planned yet.

I should think you can afford to take a few days off from being organised with everything you have been busy doing over the last two weeks with the forum!
Relax a little and don't worry about this place. Now that you have given Zygo his much deserved promotion we will be fine without you, at least for a few days.
You have things you need to deal with, and we understand.

I hope you don't mind a little advice but I think you ought to take a look at what is happening inside yourself aswell as the changes that are taking place outside in your life aswell. I feel great confusion in you right now and I wish you well. One person trying to live as two cannot be happy.
