lol dreams are weird. i know from expierence. i get backaches and cant run or walk as long as i used too, my arm sometimes feels like its gonna fall off, then it goes numb. it hurts like crazy. I went to sleep and woke up feeling like I was on a battle field for years. all i remeber was right before i woke up i heard some yell die and felt this pain in my arm(the one that aches). When i woke up my mom and bro were standing at my door, my nose was bloody and so were my hands, sheets, pillow, and clothes. my mom told me that i screamed all night. she said she tried to wake me but each time she came near i would try and hurt her. i cant remember anything else. i dont know what happened to cause it but that must have been a horrible dream. ecspecially since i dont remeber all but that little bit. i sometimes wonder if that dream is the reason I feel like i got stabbed or cut or shoot in places on my body. my arm seems to be the worst. i also think that dream is the reason why i dont sleep as good as i used too. but this i know for sure, that dream must have been the worst dream i've ever had. because i litteraly dont remember anything else. I can tell you my first dream and the smallest dream but i cant tell you about this one. i dont forget things easily. it has to be really really bad in order for me to forget.

Some people wake up hurt when they are attacked by spirits at night, but I've never heard of a case like this. Maybe a spirit really didn't like you? Or maybe you projected yourself into an astral plane? My friend has a theory that there is our world and then another plane that is the world of faeries, elves, dragons, etc. where they live and exist. Maybe you projected yourself there and got hurt?

I'm going to stop, I'm just rambling on possibilities. It could have just been such a bad dream that you tossed and turned so much and hit your nose, possibly tried to subconsciously scratch yourself to wake up and hit your arm on something.

please continue to ramble on. i love hearing possibilities. but it felt so real when i woke up. all the blood, well we have no idea were it came from. it didn't come from me thats for sure. there was not a single scratch on me when i woke up. Some of my old friends said it might have been a memory. a so strong that i relived it and once again tried to forget. thats what he told me.

It is a possibility it could be a past life thing. I'm just wondering where the blood came from if it wasn't from you. Did you kill a bazillion spiders in your sleep? jk.

It also could be that the dreams stressed you out so much because it as so powerful that your nose bled. Your arm, you could have bumped it. I'm jsut trying to view this logically and illogically.

There are some stories of people believing so strongly in their dreams that their body creates the wounds. I've also heard of peoples nose bleeding excessively to create the amount of blood you're talking about.

I can tell you that i've had dreams off battles and i always wake up brusied or wounded. I've also woken up with scars that i've never noticed before feeling like they're on fire. i've had several dreams where whatever i had been doing in the dream came into the waking world, raw hands/feet/knees from running falling or climbing, i also wake up with specific bruises that combine with my dreams. i heal fast enough that it isn't a problem, but it's irritating.

I've woken up with bruises and scratches lots of times. I usually feel breathless and very energy 'high' at the time, then very quickly get tired again, like I hadn't slept all night.
