I have often heard different names used for the moon but it never occured to me that they were at different times of year.
I just assumed it was something to do with the way the moon looked..... dozy boy, whats worse is I
never asked.

I wonder if anything has ever been attributed to which moon you were born under.
There usually is with this kind of thing. I don't hold much by astrology but it is interesting to see anyway.

For me it would be the hunters or blood moon ...

Yours suits you Zygo, but does that mean anything? I mean just because you're a hunter born under a hunter's moon, does that make me a Wolf? And of course following that thought on would that make me a strawberry if I was born in June or a cold long night if I were a December baby?

Well mine is the Wolf moon of January too!

But I am a Vampire with no Wolf-ishness in me at all, so I am thinking perhaps they may not have as much significance in that respect as it might first appear.

I do see your point Lady C, but I'd love to think they had some kind of spirit meaning aswell as the actual 'relationship to the things happening in that month' meaning, seeing as mine is one of the cooler ones.
