Well, I only just turned seventeen four minutes ago my time but I do intend to enjoy my day.

Though I'm looking forward to Saturday as I'm going out to dinner and to see the Twilight movie with Nishabell.

Even when it's just something like age a year!

I wasn't going to let anyone make a big deal of it. In fact I wasn't even going to mention it. Bad Velvet, off to the dungeon with you.
If you like I could delete all these for you then you won't ever have to be reminded of the fact that we all like you so much we just had to wish you

Lol, it is fine Camille.

Even though it is true I don't generally like birthdays and the like as you said. I figured I would be a good sport this year for certain people who are used to having big birthday parties and stuff in their family.(You know who you are )

It's also fine that Velvet mentioned it. If not her it would've been someone else.

Besides, I really do appreciate the fact that everyone here wished me a happy birthday.

Part of the secret reason I don't like birthdays is because I've never had any big deal made out of it or anything.

People in today's world are harder on money than used to be and so I just don't ask for anything It solves quite a few problems.

This year, people didn't listen to me though.


Even though the gifts were/will be simple. I really appreciate them much more than if they were big and fancy.

I think that someone who knows me well enough to pick out a small gift for me that I will really love is better off than someone who doesn't know me and would buy big and fanciful stuff that I don't like as much.

I really do tend to put more stock in the thought itself than in the gift anyways.


I most certainly wouldn't have any of these posts deleted. I really appreciate them though I'll never tell anyone that (opps )


Enough of my rambling now. I promised an update on how my day went. I still have about four hours left here before it's Thursday, but so far it's been pretty cool.

I went to school and did all those teenager things. After school I had a completely unexpected and wonderful surprise of getting to go spend a couple of hours at Nishabell's house. Then they brought me home and wound up spending like an hour up here themselves. So it was cool.

So now I am home and settling in for a long night with my chocolate covered cherries (Yummy!)

I also will probably do some reading and watch a movie perhaps. Though I do have school tomorrow I'll probably be up late tonight still


So to sum up this post, definitely do NOT delete any posts Camille, and thank you all very much for wishing me a Happy Birthday. I had a very good day indeed,
