Having Googled the book I have got to say that the hunky man on the front cover is very attractive.
I might just have to read this, but only because the synopsis sounds good, nothing to do with the hunk on the front cover.

I think that is part of the attraction Demetry. Books like that have men in that not only do we not measure up but but being all blokey and the emotional ameobas as we are often thought to be, actually couldnt.
I don't think I could keep it going for long enough to be convincing, thats assuming that I could do it at all.

Oh my days Demetry? reading a romance book? hed probably have a stroke

You know that is exactly what the attraction is Demetry. These hunky guys are not real.
We know real guys, whose personal hygene habits are unsavoury, and who tread mud into the carpet, whose idea of romance is to let you cook them dinner, and whose most attractive feature is their back as they close the door behind them when they leave so you can get back to your book.
What on earth makes you think we would want to read about real men?

The best kept secret in a woman's life is that she lives in fear and dread of a man reading these books, because if they did they would know exactly what a woman wants from a man and a relationship. And if they did know these things no woman's heart would be safe.
Of course there is the possibility that it might be worth it to the woman, just because then she would have her every desire fulfilled, but it hasn't happened yet, so none of us know. *Huge sigh*.
