The short answer to this unfortunately is no.
You must be born with the essence of an Otherkin creature inside you in order to have that essence awaken in you at some point in your life.
You cannot catch it, or pass it on. It isn't a disease or a genetic mutation of any kind. There is no bite, spell, meditation, potion or curse that will make you Kin. You either are or you aren't.
If you are then you have always been, and if you aren't then you never will be.
If you have read about people being turned, or perhaps know someone who says they were, they were either mistaken, being untruthful, or perhaps, as happens in some very rare cases, their 'turning' happened at the exact same time as their awakening, (sometimes being around other kin can cause awakening to begin) and they mistakenly thought they had been turned into a Vampire or a Were.
Please be very wary of those who say they can turn you into a Vampire or any kind of Otherkin. They are not telling you the truth.
They may have their own reasons for wanting to get you alone in a quiet place where you will not be discovered. These people are not to be trusted.
