this is an interesting poem Luna, it has a disturbing edge to it but I like that it is actually being positive and uplifting.

I like that. It is real and true.
I like how it doesn't try to paint the world with roses and rainbows, but tells you honestly that everything won't always be fine, but there is someone who cares who will always try to make it better.

Poems that have a positive look to it are rare these days.........but thats probably because when people write a poem, most of the time they are writing what they feel which is often a strong, negative feeling whether it be loneliness, anger, etc. etc.
