Yes, that is ten votes for both of us. My last tally had it at six, but I counted wrong, I left out Camille(Sorry Camille).

So the last tally I did was actually seven. And now we have ten votes each.

As for how many we need... I don't know, Camille didn't post saying, as long as we get through the voting period without a NAY though it shouldn't matter as it will be unanimous. Even if someone votes NAY, it will still be a majority unless eleven people who don't like us suddenly decide to sign in a and vote
